Floor Pro

Formed atop a solid one-piece tri-base with non-slip stainless inserts this aluminum beauty sports a 47 inch extra long premium grade hose and a 25 inch Bourden steel barrel. It requires little pumping effort thanks to its long travel piston with a reduced barrel diameter. We’ve added a patented alloy NON-FLIP chuck which threads securely onto both schrader and presta valves and topped it off with a varnished wood finish handle. Mini Road
Our AirSurge Mini road pump gives you the comfort of power integrated into a compact design. The 100% CNC-machined aluminum pump inflates to riding pressure quickly with 30% fewer strokes than conventional pumps and with a 120 PSI rating it gets you back on the bike faster. The Free-Turn alloy Twin head threads securely to both Presta and Schrader valves and stows inside handle when not in use. Includes a mounting bracket, but it’s small enough to carry in cycling jersey.

Road XL
Our AirSurge Road XL pump has 20% more pumping power than most common frame pumps, full coverage non-slip textured rubber grip and 100% CNC machined aluminum body and mounting bracket. This is the roadie’s dream pump meant for presta valve tubes only and sporting a stout 160 PSI rating to get you up to speed.

Mini Road Dualie
Our AirSurge Mini Road Dualie offers floor pump power in an on the bike package. Its ergonomic, CNC machined aluminum handle provides comfort and style and its patented alloy NON-FLIP head threads beautifully onto both presta and schrader valves for easy inflation on all of your bikes. It features an oversized aluminum piston for volume, an aluminum foot peg for stability and ease of use.

Mini MTN
Last in line but definitely not least, our AirSurge Mini MTN pump is just as burly as its brothers. It sports an over sized piston and 100% CNC machined construction. Similar to the Mini Road, the Mini MTN inflates to riding pressure with 30% fewer strokes leaving you with plenty of energy to finish your ride strongly. This pump has more than enough muscle for its size with a 90 PSI rating.

Let’s take a closer look at this patented head design. The knob on the back of the pump un-threads as shown in the picture below to accommodate a presta valve tube. Thread it back in for use with a schrader valve. This head is also available on the Mini Road and Mini Road Dualie.
